Vegemite Sandwich

vegemite sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread.

  • Vegemite.

  • Butter, softened.

Method:

  • Thinly butter the bread, making sure you butter right up to the edge of the bread.

  • Spread a layer of Vegemite over one slice of buttered bread. *

  • Cut each sandwich into two or four.

Optional extras:

  • Sliced cheese.

Notes:

*The amount of Vegemite you use depends on taste, I aim to spread it around the same thickness as the butter.
